Sobre a Vaga
Responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving all aspects of the installed hardware base, as well as providing user support and training on equipment usage.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain workstations, peripherals, system backups, and utilities, troubleshooting system issues.
Update, monitor, and adjust software as directed.
Maintain PC software, evaluate new software, and update hardware/software as needed.
Serve as a backup for other IT team functions in emergency situations.
Perform other related activities.
Report to the U.S

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience in technical support, hardware and software maintenance, preferably in a Windows environment.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in Windows operating system.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Experience in PC configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Languages: Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Skills
Ability to interpret technical documents, safety standards, and procedure manuals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for user support and report writing.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
Organization, proactivity, and teamwork.
