Scrum Master for Quality Management team - supporting laboratory applications, statistical control tools and analytical quality tools (data monitoring, quality dashboards, integration) and cloud services
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
• Ensure the team is focused on delivering high-quality products.
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Fluent English
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile framework.
• Certified Scrum Master (SAFe).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ADO tool.
• Strong problem-solving and organizacional skills.
• Experience with remote or distributed global teams.
