Must-haves
5+ years of professional experience
Required Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder; Salesforce Platform Developer I
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM processes in B2B or PLG SaaS environments
Experience with Zora (Finance)
Experience with HubSpot (Marketing)
Experience with integration tools like Make and Zapier
Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce Sales Cloud
Familiarity with CRM systems, data models, APIs, and SQL
Ability to design and deliver scalable GTM systems and automation workflows
Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and automation best practices
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves
Startup experience
Experience with Gong, TurnZero and Guru
Certifications: Salesforce Data Architect; Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect
Experience with Apex
Experience with Clay, HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero, Wrike, DocuSign, Zuora, Guru, Slack, Google Workspace
Experience with Make.com, Zapier, Xappex G-Connector
Bachelor’s Degree
