### **About you**
- Ability to speak and write fluently in **English. (B2+)**
- Known for being the wizard behind the code, bringing complex ideas to life through clean, thoughtful solutions.
- Ample knowledge of **UI/UX** and basic prototype design principles.
- Comfortable working asynchronously and across time zones, without needing full specs or step-by-step instructions.
- Excited about contributing to the product’s long-term growth and success.
- Motivated by solving complex technical challenges and building high-quality software used by millions.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, thriving in a remote, self-managed environment.
### **Responsibilities**
- Work in a role that’s **90% backend and 10% frontend**, focused on building robust, scalable systems and thoughtful integrations.
- Ensure smooth daily releases and deployments.
- Review complex and high-risk pull requests from internal teams and the open-source community.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues (e.g., round-robin logic that operates across global time zones with varied configurations)
- Take ownership of bringing the community-owned Docker repository under our official support.
- Build and maintain observability tools such as alerts, dashboards, and metrics to proactively identify performance or usage issues.
- Push the team forward in terms of code design and quality. Must have experience with clean coding principles, DDD, and event-driven systems
- Mentor and guide team members across all seniority levels.
- Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
- Salary: $100,000 to $132,000 USD
