• Education & Professional Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
• Undergraduate degree Information Services.
• ITIL Certification or demonstrated thorough understanding of ITIL.
• Need to have at least one formal industry qualification or relevant proven experiences in the area of specialty.
Knowledge/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience.
• ITIL certification would be desirable.
• Fluent in at least two of the languages from the list: Portuguese, English and Spanish. The three of them would be a plus.
• Experience working in a team delivering IT operations/services.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational skills and ability to work well with people from different backgrounds in a global organization.
• Demonstrates ability to learn new technical skills quickly, and to apply this learning.
• Ability to work hands on in technology.
• Preferable experience in ITSM (ServiceNow)
Solid knowledge of:
• Microsoft business tools such as Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.,
• Basic IT troubleshooting for level one
